Data Processing Consent — Шагівниця

1. Voluntary Nature

I am registering for the Service voluntarily, without any coercion.

I provide my personal data of my own free will and understand that I may decline to register.

I understand that an email address and password are required for the Service to function.

2. Consent to Personal Data Processing

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI, I hereby give my voluntary, informed and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data by the administration of the "Шагівниця" Service.

I consent to the processing of the following personal data:

email address;
password (in hashed form);
financial data that I independently enter into the Service: transactions, budgets, savings goals, debts, assets;
data obtained via the Monobank API (if connected): bank transactions, balances, transaction descriptions.

Processing includes: collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, use, anonymization and destruction of personal data to the extent necessary for providing the Service.

3. Purpose of Processing

providing access to Service features;
managing finances (income, expenses, budgets, savings, debts, assets);
importing bank statements from Monobank at my request;
ensuring account security;
sending technical notifications about the Service.

4. Consent to Bank Statement Import

I acknowledge that the bank statement import feature via the Monobank API is optional and is used solely at my discretion.

By connecting the Monobank API, I independently provide the Service with an access token for my bank account and acknowledge that:

the Service will access my bank transactions for the selected period;
imported transactions will be stored in the Service database;
I may revoke the access token and delete imported data at any time.

The Service does not have access to manage my bank account — only to view statements.

5. Right to Withdraw Consent

I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a notification to: [email protected]

I understand that withdrawal of consent will have the following consequences:

my account will be deactivated and deleted;
all my personal data, including financial records and imported bank statements, will be permanently deleted within 30 days;
data recovery after deletion will not be possible.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
